Your privacy in Naam Jap Counter

We keep data collection minimal. Core counting works locally, and cloud sync is optional.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

1) Data stored on your device

By default, your counts, goals, streak information, and selected settings are saved in local storage on your own device. If you do not sign in, this data remains strictly local.

2) Data used for optional cloud sync

If you sign in, we store the minimum data needed to sync across devices, such as current counts, goal, mantra choice, streak-related records, and custom mantra entries.

  • Authentication is handled securely via standard providers (e.g., Google Authentication / Firebase Auth).
  • Sync data is securely associated with your account identifier.
  • This data is used exclusively to provide app features and preserve your spiritual journey across devices.

3) Ad-Free & No Tracking

Naam Jap Counter is a spiritual environment. We strictly do not use third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or invasive cookies. Your chanting data is entirely yours and is never sold or used for marketing purposes.

4) Notifications

Daily practice reminders require notification permission. You can enable or disable reminders from app settings and revoke permission anytime from your browser or device settings.

5) Offline behavior and queued updates

The app is designed to continue working while offline. When connectivity returns, pending sync actions are sent silently in the background so your cloud state can catch up seamlessly.

6) Data control and deletion

  • You can completely reset local app data from the settings on your device.
  • You can sign out of your account at anytime.
  • For privacy requests, account deletion, or support questions, please contact us directly at Dhavals9429@gmail.com.

7) Policy updates

This policy may be updated when app behavior changes. The date at the top reflects the latest update.

This policy describes product behavior and user controls in plain language and does not replace mandatory legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
