By accessing or using Naam Jap Counter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the application.

Naam Jap Counter is a digital tool designed to assist users in tracking their spiritual chanting, mantras, and daily goals. The service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and can be used both online and offline.

3) User Accounts & Security

Creating an account via third-party providers (such as Google Sign-In) is entirely optional. If you choose to create an account to enable cloud synchronization:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication methods.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that are found to be abusing the system APIs.

4) Data Storage & Synchronization

If you use the application without an account, your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by clearing browser caches, uninstalling the app, or device failure. For users who sign in, we provide cloud synchronization on a best-effort basis. 5) Acceptable Use

You agree to use Naam Jap Counter only for its intended personal, spiritual, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with our database or APIs.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the app.

6) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Naam Jap Counter, including its design, branding, user interface, graphics, source code, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may use the application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the application without prior written permission.

Naam Jap Counter relies on trusted third-party services to provide certain functionality, including:

Supabase – Authentication and secure cloud database.
Google Sign-In – Optional account authentication.
Vercel – Website hosting and performance analytics.

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8) Disclaimer of Warranties

Naam Jap Counter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service. We do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors, bugs, or data synchronization interruptions.

9) Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of Naam Jap Counter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of chanting streaks, or interruption of service, arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

10) Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your consent to the modifications.

11) Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
